1. General provisions

These Terms constitute an agreement between the user and the AIIR department of KSTU named after I. Razzakov. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website is an informational resource of the department and includes an AI assistant for reference consultations on study, admission and department activities.

3. Reference nature of information

Information on the website and the AI assistant answers are for reference only and are not an official document or public offer. AI answers may contain inaccuracies.

Verify legally significant information (admission rules, fees, deadlines) with the KSTU admissions office (phone 0770 09 05 09) and the official site kstu.kg.

4. Intellectual property

Website materials (texts, images, logos, design) belong to KSTU named after I. Razzakov and are protected by KR law. Use without permission is not allowed, except for personal non-commercial review.

5. Rules of use

The user undertakes not to violate KR law, not to disrupt the website, and not to enter false or third-party personal data.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Digital Code of the KR No. 178 of 31.07.2025.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". The department is not liable for decisions made by the user based on reference information, or for temporary unavailability of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved as established by KR law.
