Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy is based on the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (No. 178, 31.07.2025, personal data section). The Law on Personal Data No. 58 of 14.04.2008 was repealed as of 31.07.2025.

By using the website, the callback form, the AI assistant or Telegram sign-in, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the minimum necessary data:

• Name and phone number — via the callback form;
• Text of your messages — when using the department AI assistant;
• Telegram data (ID, display name, profile photo) — when signing in to the cabinet;
• Technical data — cookies, localStorage (session token, language and display preferences), server logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• Handling requests and callbacks;
• Operation of the AI assistant and providing reference information;
• Authentication and cabinet functionality;
• Operation, security and improvement of the website.

4. Legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent — freely given, specific, informed and conscious (Art. 79 of the Digital Code of the KR), as well as the performance of services you request.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, AI model provider) solely to operate the service, and disclosed to state authorities in cases provided by KR law.

6. Storage and protection

Data is stored no longer than necessary for the stated purposes or legal retention periods. Organizational and technical measures protect it from unauthorized access, alteration and loss.

7. Your rights

Regarding your personal data you have the right to:

• obtain information about processing and access your data;
• request correction, blocking or deletion;
• withdraw your consent;
• appeal the operator's actions to the authorized body — the State Agency for Personal Data Protection of the KR (dpa.gov.kg).

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies and localStorage to keep your session and language/display preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may then work in a limited way.
